Service Packages reduce the cost of follow up. It is designed for parents who would like ongoing support and assistance with their baby’s needs. This includes the initial 3 hour visit followed by two to three follow up visits of approximately two hour each. The first follow up visit is ideally two weeks after your initial visit with one or two subsequent visits usually two weeks to a month apart. This special offer comes with either the newborn care or the parents support visitation for ongoing consultation.
These packages also include information on your baby’s age related needs, follow up phone calls, a series of weekly e-letters to assist
you for a month and an e-book with information on age appropriate tips
on parenting and our monthly newsletter.

Newborn/baby Care - equipping parents with the tools they require to understand their baby’s needs.

Our aim is to specifically provide the care that you and your baby need. Therefore we provide a choice of topics and package that best suit you and your baby’s situation.
Choice of packages
Package 1:
Day consultation (newborn, poor day sleeper, toddler management) One 3 hour initial visitation—including follow up phone calls
Package 2:
Two visit consultation
One 3 hour initial visitation
One, 2 hour, follow-up visitation within two weeks of first visit
Follow up phone calls
Package 3:
Three visit Newborn Care Consultation
One 2 hrs Nursery preparations—getting ready for baby or two 2 hr follow-up visitation once the baby is born.
One 3 hr visitation for Newborn Care (within a week of baby’s birth)
Follow up phone calls
Package 4:
Four visit Newborn/Baby Care Consultation
3 - 2 hr visits which may include setting up the nursery and two follow up visits or just three follow up visits after the initial 3 hr visit.
One 3 hr visit
10 follow up phone calls and complimentary baby wrap.
Package 5:
Night consultation (night waking)
Two night visitation, for night waking (6pm-7am & 7pm-7am)
This package is designed to assist babies and children to self settle. Starting from 3 months and up to 5 years old.
Package 6:
Night Nurse/Respite/Child minding
Minimum 3 hr visitation covering topics related to the chlld’s age and parents concerns.
Package 7:
Special Events
Brit Milah/ Circumcision
5 hour visit which covers Newborn Care topics
Follow up phone calls.
Correspondence
Consultation:
This service is for rural, interstate or overseas clients only and includes:
Up to 10 emails/phone calls (to a land line only or you are welcome to call your coach on her mobile at a convenient time) covering one month of counselling,
An age appropriate e-book with information related to your baby or child's needs,
4 emails one a week to keep you on track

Personal information pertaining to your child’s specific needs from one of our professional parent coaches.
